In the mobile app, open Settings and choose Close account. Verify your identity, then type CLOSE to confirm.
Closing your account blocks access while retaining your account record, tasks, notes, journal and attachments. It is not data deletion. The previous automated deletion route is no longer available.
Closing an account does not cancel subscriptions. Manage them through your purchase provider before closing the account.
