Refunds and cancellation

Find your purchase provider

Your receipt identifies the company that processed your purchase. Use that provider for refund requests and subscription management. Eligibility depends on its rules and applicable consumer rights; a refund is not guaranteed.

Apple App Store

For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund at Apple Report a Problem. Manage renewal through Apple subscriptions. Apple reviews the request.

Google Play

For purchases billed by Google Play, follow Google Play refund guidance. Manage renewal through Google Play subscriptions.

MaDay direct purchases

For a subscription purchased directly from MaDay, contact hello@maday.online with your transaction reference for billing, cancellation or refund help. Do not send card numbers or passwords.

Cancellation and account closure

Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Account closure retains your data, blocks app access and does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions before closing your account. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights.
