Using MaDay

MaDay provides task planning, notes, journaling and supported focus tools. Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. You retain ownership of your content and allow its processing only as needed to provide these features. MaDay is a planning tool and is not a medical treatment or an emergency service.

Plans and subscriptions

The free plan includes tasks, calendar and planning. MaDay Plus currently includes App Lock, Note/Journal and notification features on supported devices. Web subscription prices are US$6.99 per month or US$29.99 per year. Eligible customers receive a 3-day free trial on either web plan, followed by automatic billing unless canceled before the trial ends. Your checkout displays the actual local price, billing period and applicable taxes before you agree. Trial eligibility and the first charge date are shown at checkout. Native store offers may differ.

Renewal, cancellation and restoration

An active subscription renews automatically for its selected period until canceled under the purchase provider's terms. Manage or cancel it through the store or payment service used to purchase it. Restore purchases in MaDay when using a supported store account. Cancellation, refund eligibility and billing are governed by the purchase provider and applicable consumer rights. Deleting the app or account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Permissions and availability

App blocking, widgets, reminders, camera and recording depend on the device, permissions and platform support. The browser cannot block other installed apps. Cloud content requires a working connection. Avoid relying on app blocking or reminders for safety-critical tasks.

Account closure and support

Close account in Settings blocks access and retains the account record and its tasks, notes, journal and private attachments. This is not data deletion and it does not cancel subscriptions. Manage subscriptions with your purchase provider before closing your account. Contact hello@maday.online for support or a personal-data removal request.
